Your general admission ticket gives you access to The Bloom Cooking Stage featuring James Beard honored chefs. Seating is first come, first serve and is limited so please arrive early for these demos.

The Bloom Cooking Stage located on the exhibit floor in the Culinary Center Honoring the James Beard Foundation allows attendees to experience America’s dynamic cuisine first hand through 45 minute cooking demos every hour throughout the show. Presenters in this area are James Beard award winners, nominees and chefs who have cooked at the Beard House. Through the cooking stage presentations, we celebrate, nuture, and preserve America's diverse culinary heritage - the mission of The James Beard Foundation.

The James Beard Foundation offers a variety of different types of events designed to educate, inspire, entertain, and foster an appreciation of American cuisine. Two highlights are the James Beard Awards and the dinners at The Beard House in New York City. Deemed "the Oscars of the food world," James Beard Foundation Awards recognize and honor excellence among chefs, cookbook authors, food journalists, restaurant designers, and others working in the food and beverage industry. A select few of the world's finest chefs receive invitations to cook at the Beard House.
