Your Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show ticket is a revocable license. The Holder, on behalf of the Holder and any minor accompanying the Holder (individually and collectively the “Holder”), agrees to all the terms hereof.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming. Holder is prohibited from carrying bottles or cans onto the premises. Management also reserves the right to change the appearance schedule times or talent scheduled for the day/event shown on the reverse of this ticket and no such change will entitle the Holder to a refund of the purchase price of this or any other Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show ticket. The Holder grants permission to The Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions, statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event without further authorization or compensation.
THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER or personal injury (including death) and all hazards arising from or related in any way to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the Event. |
